We may collect this information when you register in our community at pathcapital.org, complete a questionnaire form, sign-up for a Free Event or Webinar, or fill out any other form on any of the Site(s) or through the Service or provide such information to one of our Team Members. We may also collect information that you provide about others, such as through a refer-a-friend program or on a friend/spouse who may be attending a Free Event with you. We may use your contact information to provide you information about our upcoming webinar or live event opportunities, newsletters, new product launches, updates about our company (including changes to our privacy policy), and other communications we think may be of value to you.
When you initially provide your contact information to us you receive periodic email communications from us or you can choose to opt-out of email communications. If you initially consented to receive emails from us but would now like to change your preference, please let us know by sending us an email at privacy@pathcapital.org. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new event opportunities, products and/or services, or upcoming events or webinars. If you do not wish to receive phone calls from us in the future, please let us know.

MINORS

Neither the Site(s) nor the Service is directed to persons under 18 and we request that these individuals not provide any information to Path Capital Group. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@pathcapital.org. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information without parental consent, we will delete such information from our files and terminate that individual’s use of our services.
