MARTIN RERIANI MD

Managing Partner

Martin Reriani MD is a board-certified critical care physician. He practices in Marshfield, Wisconsin, at a large tertiary rural hospital. He graduated from medical school in Nairobi, Kenya, before pursuing Internal Medicine in Chicago, followed by a Critical Care fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He also has a master’s degree in clinical research and statistics.

Martin Reriani is honored to be on the front lines, caring for patients during the Covid pandemic. His personal experience of long hours in the ICU during the pandemic and desire to achieve financial independence for his family led him to Apartment Investing. He realized he needed to reclaim his time and practice medicine on his own terms.

Too many physicians feel trapped in medicine. Because of this challenge, Martin now specializes in helping physicians achieve financial security through exclusive multifamily investing opportunities. As Managing Partner, his passion is helping other physicians build and protect their wealth so that they can have financial peace of mind and practice medicine on their own terms.

When he is not practicing medicine, underwriting deals, or touring big properties, he’s spending time with his wife Rosemary and three children, Gabriel, Micah, and Naomi. Martin also enjoys a host of hobbies, including travel, tennis, golf, and yoga.

ROSEMARY RERIANI MD

Rosemary had two big dreams as a little girl growing up in Lagos, Nigeria: she wanted to be a doctor and live in the world’s greatest country – the United States of America. Twenty-five years later, both dreams have come through with lots of hard work, persistence, and prayer. Ten years of practice as a Mayo Clinic-trained nephrologist has brought her joy and accomplishment. But the work of a nephrologist is hard. The long work hours and late nights, the acuity and complexity, the cognitive challenges, and the frequent consultations of her specialty began to take its toll, notwithstanding the changes in medicine that are beyond the control of any physicians. Two years ago, she felt stuck, and this burnout led to what she describes as a midlife crisis… she found a new way of life in the philosophy of stoicism. A major tenet of stoicism is to accept what you can’t change and change what you can. She realized she couldn’t change medicine but could change the terms in which she practiced. Terms that would allow her to enjoy the practice of nephrology, allow enough time and space to be a wife and mother, and support her desire to develop a balanced and tranquil personality. She would never abandon her lifelong dream of being a physician. Still, she needed a career where she would not feel fear or anxiety each time healthcare administrators changed her nephrology practice. The timing of real estate as a second life work and calling was ripe, as she began to notice the same signs of burnout in her critical care husband, Martin. So together, they founded Path Capital to help physicians create a steady state of income outside of medicine, allowing physicians the financial flexibility they desperately need. Rosemary and Martin have three children Gabriel, Micah, and Naomi. They enjoy traveling and have visited 35 countries in the past ten years. Rosemary is an avid reader, a minimalist, a self-proclaimed foodie, and a fashion and interior design lover.

Dugan P. Kelley co-founded Kelley Clarke, PLLC with the mission to deliver big firm expertise and experience to our local community. Kelley Clarke currently serves clients throughout the United States with its principal offices in Prosper, Texas, and Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Kelley chairs the firm’s real estate practice group, assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales. Mr. Kelley’s real estate expertise includes transactional services for his clients ranging from commercial loan closings, real estate private equity capital raises, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing, business acquisitions, and general commercial real estate services for multi-family syndicators, investors, and developers.

Throughout Mr. Kelley’s 18 years of experience, he has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts, administrative courts, and arbitration. With over $70 million in verdicts, settlements, workouts, and millions in settlements prior to trial, Mr. Kelley understands that there isn’t a one-solution fits all for every case. ​​​

Keeley Hubbard is a real estate and agriculture investor and syndicator, as well as a sales coach for women business owners. Throughout her career, her primary focus has always been helping others achieve their financial life goals.

Keeley’s desire to help people started at a young age and continued through the years as she graduated from TCU and pursued a career in financial education. She spent 7 years in this industry as an Executive and her passion for people and skilled communication drove unprecedented growth.

As a Managing Partner of Hubbard Capital Group, Keeley is dually responsible for acquisitions and investor relations. Integrity, exceptional communication, and delivering results to investors are at the core of every decision she makes.

When Keeley isn’t sales coaching, touring properties, or underwriting deals, you can find her hanging out with her big, crazy-fun family.
